Our Policy
Wisconsin Plastic Products, Inc. is committed to providing its customers with the highest possible quality custom profile extrusions and top-level service that meets or exceeds expectations. Quality objectives are reviewed annually and relate to safety, quality and delivery. The organization relies on the strength of the people it employs and their involvement and commitment to continual improvement. Employees at all levels of the organization are responsible for their part of the quality management system.
ISO 9001:2015
We combined the use of statistical process control and cutting edge technology to develop an award winning quality system. In addition to ISO 9001, we are also a certified U.L. component supplier. (Download Our Certification Here.)
Critical Color Program
With our "critical color program" we have been able to achieve delta "E" color control of .80 or less.
Custom Specifications
Custom specification sheets are created for each profile. All dimensions are measured at half hour intervals including critical x-bar/r-bar dimensions.
Custom Gages
Utilizing our in-house tooling shop, Wisconsin Plastic Products has the capability to design and build custom measurement gages. Custom gages, oftentimes, are the only way to measure products effectively. We typically build 2 gages, one for our facility and one for your Quality Department.
